Bender visits Falcons
Scout.com's Adam Caplan and Tony Pauline report that Nicholls State offensive tackle Jacob Bender has already visited the Falcons.
Bender was a three-year starter at Nicholls State. He measures 6'6" 316, and ran a 5.18 40-yard dash at his pro day and did 27 bench reps of 225 pounds. He is considered somewhat a project and sleeper by most accounts that is viewed as a middle round pick potentially.
Pauline and Caplan make note of Bender's versatility to potentially play every position along the line except center.
