If one works hard, you can easily put on 25 pounds of muscle in 6 weeks.
Sorry to take one quote out. I agree he'll likely gain weight. However, the quoted, is insane. I worked with and around athletes and as a trainer awhile back. 25 lbs of muscle is very hard to gain in 6 weeks when running multiple different types of steroids at the same time. It is virtually impossible to gain naturally. I'm pretty sure it is impossible, but there are always peculiar aberrations.
The most one can legitimately expect to gain in muscle is a pound a week, and that's very difficult and not sustainable.
This guy will probably gain 7 lbs of muscle, 5 of water, and 10 of fat, and that'll be fine, because OT's don't need to be ripped.
Just wanted to jump in on this. I think it's a common misconception about athletes/the body and why some fans get annoyed and some FOs reach, is a lack of understanding of what's physiologically possible.
Losing weight, on the other hand, is a different story. There is no preset limit to how much you can lose how quickly...quite easy to lose 25 lbs in 6 wks.
