Well at least some country is issuing an arrest warrant for Dick Cheney.It's to bad it's Nigeria they really don't have any power to take Cheney away. Maybe all the small countries like Ethiopia,Sudan,Nigeria etc can form a group to haul Cheney's ass out of the United States.I'm sure Cheney is leading a nice comfortable life now with all his millions in the bank. How did Haliburton win all those contracts again when smaller contractors would have charged less? Cheney = crook in my book.
