I really like our chances now. I thought T.O. was the difference between a very dynamic Eagles offense and one that is only above average. I'm not going to sleep on the likes of Todd Pinkston and Freddie Mitchell, since both have been able to make big plays periodically, but if our corners can't cover these guys, then they don't deserve to be in this league.

Now instead of focusing on how we can stop T.O., I think any potential matchup between us and Philly will focus on them now stopping Vick. Our offense will have its hands full, since their D-line is very good at putting pressure on QBs, and our O-line hasn't been a bastion of consistency this year. But I think the key to beating the Eagles is running the ball. They are weak up the middle against the run, and the Steelers exploited this weakness very well.

If we can get a good running game going, then we can win. And let's hope that Donatell & Mora know (unlike Wade Phillips) that you have to spy McNabb.

they are still trouble and if westbrook can get going out of the back field he is trouble

but the wr core i believe is no better than ours with T.O out of the line up

The run defense needs to really rebound. Besides the Panther game, they really haven't played all that well. I think its just due to wear as the season has wore on. Guys like Jasper have been playing at less than 100% in recent weeks, and I know Kerney can't be 100% since he's played a heckuva a lot this year. The same with Smith. I think losing Karon Riley for the year really hurt this team a lot more than most people thought it would. Hall is just a DT playing DE, while Glymph and Vaughn are p-squad players.

Again, DE should be a priority for this team next year. Let's just hope that David Pollack's stock drops a lot so that he's there at #27 (our current pick).

and we need to step up and shut him down
give us some postivite moving in to the play offs
there is no doubt that our defense can do it
and havin a healthy Rod Coleaman is a big key to that sucess
