Michael Buble what do you think of this singer

Postby thescout » Tue Mar 09, 2010 7:55 pm

Just curious what do you guys think of the singer Michael Buble. I saw him on PBS last night concert he did at Madison Square Garden. Wow, he is certainly the entertainer when you see one of his shows. I think Michael is certainly unique singing anything from Frank Sinatra type tunes to moden tunes. He has that rare voice that doesn't need to sing a thousands notes like you hear all the Mariah Carey wannebes. He reminds me of a supped up James Taylor/Frank Sinatra type singer.

In todays music it is hard to be different and I think Buble has achieved that. I'll certainly have to go to one of his concerts next time he comes to Indiana.

I know what you mean I didn't really have a big interest until I saw him on PBS and his show. He's a great entertainer but also has that voice few possess. If you put him on American Idol not sure if he would win but he does cover tunes from Sinatra to moden day music which few singers attempt to do.

David Foster one of the giants in the music industry wasn't sure how to market him when he first became a client but Buble has broken through and no other singer on the market is doing what he does which makes him unique. He'll be in Indy late June tickets are 107.00 a piece and thats not front row so he's doing well going all over the world.

I am proud to say that I am the only person in the world who hasn't watched American Idol, or its equiv. all over the world.

I'd rather kill myself.

I understand every year there is the hype of American Idol. I can count on one hand those who have become successful in the music world. Many just fade away and yet people continue to watch I guess because most people think they can sing.
