He was wearing Mike Vick's nike shoes...is that a sign of respect, or desire?

As a matter of fact, he said that the shoes weren't "Worn in" which is why he fell one time when Coles ran a hitch-and-go

Yeah like Nike or Adidas won't pick him up. This only proves how poor Reebok's decision makers are.

Adidas wont pick him up because they just broke the record for a buyout. Adidas & Reebok will combine and go after Nike. So unless Nike signs him or he goes with something like.....Puma.....New Balance (heh, heh) yeah right.

Uhmmmm....Reebok classics anyone? I'm almost positive they have passed Nike's best seller the Air Force Ones, and that was most likely the reason Adidas picked up Reebok.

Dont diss on Reebok man, all I wear is Classics.... :D

I won't be buying any Reebok shoes anytime soon as this was a flat out ridiculous move on their part.

If you were selling a product and have one of your star guys go out and wear your top competitor how would you feel? Reebok has DeLo signed but then he starts sporting Nikes on MNF making statement that "Well, maybe Reebok does suck" on the national stage.

I don't blame Reebok. It isn't like DeLo will make or break their business.

Especially considering that Reebok has the license to anything authentic NFL. I think it's safe to say that DeLo won't put a dent in their bottom line.

If DeLo is a spokesman for Reebok why have I not seen a commercial or anything? I'm sorry but this isn't like Jordan wearing Reeboks, I mean I didn't even know DeLo had a deal with them until last night.....? Yeah, they should really be pissed?

Athletes are paid, just liek schools, and teams are funded by a shoe company. 99% of NBA players are endorsed by one of the big shoe companies, even if they are the 10th man on the last place team. Basically allowing them to get free shoes as long as they play. Some are given millions of dollars for endorsement contracts, others are just stuck with a few hundred or thousand, and/or get free shoes out of the deal.

I suspect Hall's deal with Reebok is similar to that in that he gets to pimp shoes, but I doubt he is going to get a commercial or his very own shoe anytime soon, at least not until he emerges as a premier NFL cornerback.

I just bought my first pair of Reeboks in like 9 years this past July. I like Nike better, but I found these Reeboks to be more comfortable than the Nikes I was looking at as an alternative.

Personally I wear the most comfortable shoe I can find. Right now it happens to be a pair of boots (Georgia Boot's Romeo). I could careless who hocks the shoe.

I typically buy Nike and Adidas because they are the best IMO and they have factory outlets by the dozen in Portland since both are headquartered out here.

This is kinda gay of Reebok though. Vick, LT and others are signed by Nike, but yet every week when they put their uni's on, or wear official NFL gear its..........drum roll..............REEBOK. And Nike doesnt seem to care. I guess its the new heads at Adidas cuting a hard line against there new archrival.

Well Nike doesn't have much choice there outside of out bidding Reebok at the end of the contract. The two can't really be compared.

DeLo was just on Rome and he said Reebok made personalized shoes for him but they didint get there on time so he had to wear Nike's which his agent called Reebok and told them he would wear them but tape over the logos. He said he was late getting on the field and forgot to tape over the logos.

He manned up and took the blame though saying it was a dumb decision on his behalf.
