The axe

So who else will get it? We currently sit at 81 players and we need to be down to 65 before Tuesday. A couple of guesses

whoever the hell #16 is (all he does is make ST mistakes)
FB McCrary (I want to see Dudley make the team)
HB Jason Wright (will most likely be signed to PS)
QB Bryan Randall (again, signed to PS)
And either Pruitt or McCadam (a tough call, two very good ST players, but two very bad safties)

If we keep all of the NFLE guys (which we probably will) then we only have to get down to 71.

This list shouldn't be too hard to compile. Here's my 10:

Dave Pearson, C
Austin King, C
Anthony Herron, DE
Kevin Dudley, FB
John Leake, LB
Bryan Randall, QB
Jason Wright, RB
Jared Peck, TE
Derrick Tinsley, WR
Brian Bratton, WR[/img]

I think Kendrick Mosley could go. I haven't seen him do too much and the team might let him go now to give him a shot at getting picked up by another team. I would say Romby Bryant as well but he played in NFLEurope so I guess he stays.

No way we'd drop McCrary after the way he filled in for Griffith late last year & in the playoffs. The guy is an animal on run blocking and a top notch backup at the fullback position. I'm surprised nobody made a move to pick him up after the way he played last year.

Mr. "I play two hand touch an defend behind the receiver in an NFC Championship game" Chad Morton was also cut. Yay!

With 9 NFLE exemptions the cut number is down to 7. With Mitchell and Tinsley now cut, that brings it down to 5.

With that said, I'll go with:

Pearson, Herron, Dudley, Leak, and Peck
