I know Pudge hates the Pro Bowl, and I won't argue that, but I do think the selection of players matters to some extent as a good judgement of talent per team. That said, not a single Falcon made the Pro Bowl, although it was nice to see John Abraham on there :naughty: Way to go dumping him for Osi

I was going to bump my other thread, but I haven't seen FD around lately.

Not only was former Falcon Abraham on the list, but so was BRENT GRIMES. Remind me why it was smart to dump these two and sign Osi and Baker to nice contracts.

Nice call on Grimes, Spanky, I missed him. Even the 2 win Texans had 2 selections! The only other team I couldn't find in the old 'eye check' was the 2013 Jaguars [Bills/Check, Browns/Check, Redskins/Check, Titans/Check]. Yep, that's right folks, we've got just as much talent as the Jags!

The Jets are 7-8 and they didn’t have any Pro Bowlers. Also how about the Packers, who have a good shot at winning the NFC North having no Pro Bowlers this year? The Pro Bowl is mostly made up of biased fans voting for their favorite player over and over again. Until actual NFL personnel choose who deserves to make it, then it will always be a joke.

I'm not even sure I want NFL personnel picking the Pro Bowl, at least the players. Just look at the Top 100...

Way to go TD, good thing we got rid of Grimes and Abe. Last thing we need is talent on this roster

Considering how well Trufant played this year for a rookie DB I'm not so sure losing Grimes was a huge deal. Clearly letting Abe go was a bad idea though.

Grimes > Asante; Trufant > Dunta.

Grimes + Asante + Trufant > Better than Sex
