just an aside question, but has anyone rewatched either of the playoff games since February? Either on the NFL ntework , or off your DVR? I was going through my catalogue, and cleaning up by deleting olf stuff, and I saw I had both games recorded. I managed to sit through the Seahawks, but I cannot force myself to rewatch the 49ers game. Yet, I still haven't deleted either one.( I guess if the season goes in the tank, then I'll have something to look back on to help talk me off the ledge. )

Just curious if anyone has bothered to review eith one. :?:

I have the Seahawks game on my DVR and have watched it. That second half INT was horrible

Closed the book on last season. I re-watched the games to review them, and then normally wipe my hands clean of them as far as re-watching them goes. But there is no point IMO dwelling on the past. I could see maybe checking them out again in Feb. or March maybe, but once we get to April and May and FA and draft are done, it's time to move on.

I can see not dwelling on them but, as Cyril sometimes says, we can see with our eyes as well as the next guy and while stats and analytics are indeed enlightening you can learn a lot by watching the games themselves. Truthfully, I used to tape games but found I rarely re-watched them even when it was a good game I went to and I wanted to see things in amore defined telecast perspective. I would just come here so you guys could tell me what actually happened.

say Pudge, didn't you pull the trigger last season and get the All-22? Or did you just go the regular broadcast TV route? I wonder what it would be like to rewatch the playoffs without a commenter, and from so many different angles..

Yep, got the All-22. Every one of my reviews was from All-22. Certainly makes assigning blame in coverage a lot easier. Also figuring out key blocks for O-linemen was a little easier as well. And also made reviewing ST plays way easier. Also great for QBs, because you get a better picture of what the QB is seeing when he's scanning downfield, thus it's much easier to tell if a QB is late on throws, missing reads, etc.

But if you care about none of those things, then it doesn't offer much more than regular sideline television view.
