I saw one game of Jones (bowl game vs. Baylor) and I saw some flashes there. He's got the sort of size/athleticism/quickness I think to be a good fit in Nolan's scheme because there's the potential he could play DE in a 3-man front, DT in a 4-man front, and also stand up a little and rush with his hand off the ground.
I need to see more however.
I would probably say that Hunt's potential to be a dominant force up front is probably higher, but Jones might be a bit more versatile. Hunt may purely be a 5-technique, while Jones could serve a variety of roles.
