...Can Atlanta avoid a second half collapse like last week? I was wondering if the collapse was going to start in the 2nd quarter for a little while there.

And for the second time it has happened again... The Falcons completely collapse on both sides of the ball.

I don't know how many more 4th quarter comebacks this team has in them. I just cant believe we have watched a complete carbon copy of the the collapse against Seattle.

Can't believe we couldn't score a point in the second half. We really wasted a golden opportunity today. Just a total loss for words right now.

I disagree Robert... The Falcons had two bad turnovers and a Niner offense that outside of the two opening drives was hot all game.

Not everything is coaching. If anything conditioning was a problem at this point of the season. But lack of depth played into the problem as well.

0 second half points on offense. ZERO. Two turnovers aside... 0 points. Last week, we scored on our first drive of the 2nd half, then nothing until there were 8 seconds left on the clock.

Our offense gets shut down in the 2nd half by our coach. We play not to lose. We tried to eat clock on our last drive today when we were down by 4 points. How freaking stupid is that? Even if we eat the clock and score with 1:30 left, that gives them the ball one more time with plenty of time on the clock, and no time left for us if they score.

Mike Smith is playing checkers in a chess competition.

I totally agree. Smith had horrible clock management combined with Ryan turning the ball over.

And there it is. The margin for error grows smaller with each one.

Especially when your QB has a potential shoulder separation at the most critical stage of a drive.
