Before I introduce my guest for the blog, I'd like to issue a challenge to each and every one of you. I consider this challenge hard for two reasons. The first being that this week's guest will speak for nearly 2 hours, so it'll be like watching a feature film, only informative and slightly boring to some. The second being that I feel this challenge is nearly impossible.

I challenge you all to sit through this video and maintain skeptical views about the validity of the Bible afterward. For 2 hours, think critically and objectively about what is being presented and release all religious bias that you may have.

If you can complete this challenge and afterward have reasonable arguments that this information is simply coincidence, who knows, there may just be prizes for you...This is Kingdom Talk, Bye Week Edition.

Michael W. Hoggard is the senior pastor of Bethel Church located in Festus, Missouri. He is the founder and director of Prophetic Research Ministry, has spent many years researching the Scriptures, and has discovered several biblical principles for understanding the Word of God as a prophetic voice. He is often called upon to lecture on college campuses, prophecy conferences, Bible conferences, and local churches. The Watchman Video Broadcast, a weekly prophetic study concerning current events in this world, and the Pure Bible Study, a weekly Bible study through the book of Revelation, are produced and hosted by Pastor Hoggard. He also produces and hosts the biweekly current events and Bible study webcast, Pastor Mike Online. He is the author of numerous books. He, his wife Lisa, and their children, live just south of St. Louis, Missouri.

Two hours is a bit much don't ya think. You'd probably have more luck with cliff notes version, give em the stories best parts. Just sayin, only people that are super into this stuff are gonna take two hours of their time and I don't think that's who your trying to get attention wise.

Have to agree with DAW here. In 2 hours I could get Micheal Jackson to believe Jerry Sandusky didn't like kiddy-butt.

It's a challenge. I mean, I watched it. It took longer than that for some of you to believe the Bible was fake. I think you owe it to yourselves.

Watch it in increments if you have to. That's what i did...

well, depends on what you mean by 'fake'. I dont consider the Bible, the Quran or the Talmud 'fake' in any way.

My only distinction is when one of the above says all the OTHER ones are 'fake'. It's gonna take more then a 2 hr youtube video to convince me that isn't a bad idea all around

I've been a believer for years; but no one including me wants to watch two hours of anything. Put a link up for a regular service like Andy Stanley; and if someone checks it out you've done good. His are about 35 minutes; but it works best after you've drove off a bridge; lost your mind, and realize you're not controlling anything;then your ready for some extra help (:

I've never claimed I didn't need help!!

Trust me, I wouldn't have posted a 2 hour video if I didnt think that it's entirety was absolutely necessary. Again, I watched it in increments (And so did my pastor). 20 mins here, 30 mins there...

I think we've all been asked of much more in life at some point or another.

Wow. I just realized we have been having "Kingdom Week" threads for a few weeks now. It's kind of like "Shark Week" only no sharks and, thus, a little less entertaining.

Two and a half minutes isn't too much to ask.
