I always wonder about these people that get picked up at airports. People do a lot of weird stuff, and it tells me that there are a lot more people in the world with chemical imbalances than probably most people think.

It's probably because I'm one of those people that gets anal about traveling and don't wait until the last minute to pack. But the guy that brings the loaded gun in his carry-on bag. Seriously?

Reptile guy, you thought you could smuggle some snakes and turtles through security without putting them in your rectum? IMHO, it would have been much more normal or forgiving if they had searched him and found a snake wriggling out of his bunghole than having them strapped to nylon bags in his pants.

 You sound like you have some experience with this specific sort of smuggling?

Everybody knows that the only way to get something past security/customs in this post 9/11 world is to hide it in your ass.

When I desperately need my 8 oz bottle of shampoo on the plane, I just grin and bear it.

I hear ya, Pudge, but I think you are taking it too far when you do this for a cab ride.
