About time someone caught just one of the millions of abusers of the system. Not surprising your always going to have people abuse any system like all the fraud in medicaid by companies. I know when I worked for Verizon 5 years ago half the employees were always on FMLA and the rest of us had to pick up the slack.Instead of the normal 10 calls on hold we would have over a 100 getting pounded every day becaude of the abusers. Management didn't care they didn't have to take the calls.FMLA wasn't designed to be mismanaged but I will say Bill Clinton passed the bill and businesses didn't like it.
There are cases where people do need FMLA but when you have abusers who some are out partying and getting paid like this woman other people pay the price going to work.
