Wow, didn't know they were remaking Clash of the Titans.It's one of my fav movies which starred Harry Hamlin a long time ago. Now they have remade it so it should be interesting if it lives up to the promise. My guess is it won't partially because it comes out in March and usually the better movies come out in summer or late in the year.

Prince of Persia also looks interesting.Stars Jake Gylenenhall(sp).If it's successful would boost Jake's career since it appears to be in a lull.Not sure what other movies come out in 2010 but those look to be 2 I want to see.

Fantastic Mr. Fox - loved the book as a kid, although I'm not sure of this version
Avatar - Was thinking it was probably overhyped because it's James Cameron, but some of the recent trailers/previews look really good
Sherlock Holmes - I'm not sure how good it's going to be, but I'm definitely curious

For 2010, I have a preliminary list of movies I want to see

Really want to see:
Iron Man 2 - 2 words: Scarlett Johansson
Toy Story 3
The Last Airbender - loved the cartoon, hoping M. Night Shyamalan doesn't murder this one
Harry Potter 7A

Curious about:
Daybreakers - about a world ruled by vampires, starring Ethan Hawke
Book of Eli - Not sure what it's about, but kind of looks like Mad Max with Denzel
Legion - end of the world movie about angels fighting angels
Wolfman - none of the previews I've seen so far look good, but i'm curious
Alice in Wonderland - interested to see what Burton does with this
Clash of the Titans - maybe another 300
Robin Hood - always been a fan of Ridley Scott
Shrek 4 - Didn't like the 3rd one, but maybe this one is better
Prince of Persia - not sure it'll be good, but should at least look good

There are more, but are a bit too far off to be on my radar yet

I haven't had a chance to look at the 2010 movies much but I forgot Ironman 2 is coming out. Yeah Scarlett J will bring some excitment to the screen unlike Gwyneth at least in my opinion. I need to review the movies some you mentioned look good.
