The likable Lisa Wu-Hartwell and her husband Ed Hartwell reportedly lost their five-bedroom Duluth mansion last week due to foreclosure, according to TMZ.com.

Wu-Hartwell's rep, who was not named in the article, says the couple attempted to restructure the loan after the house lost value, but that effort failed. The once $2.9 million home, seen here on ajchomefinder.com last year , sold for $1.9 million Aug. 4 on the courthouse steps, according to TMZ.

Her rep also told TMZ.com the couple is happily settled in a new 10-acre property they recently purchased.

Damn..Even his home is injured!

What a house...or maybe the proper word should be "Why?" It never ceases to amaze me what people will spend on a house. They just lose their minds. Think about it...a bowling alley? How often do you really bowl? A player piano?

Where you going to live should not be thought of as an investment but a home
you love, but still shelter. After that if you know what you doing Real Estate has
always been fine but its always had downturns in the market.

Just because we weren't alive in the 1930s you should have the charts that show the deep dips
Real Estate has taken in the past in you want to be a pro in Real Estate.
