Garrett Reynolds and Corey Peters are major head scratchers on this list. Reynolds really didn’t improve, while Peters was hurt most of the year. Baker is the obvious pick here, don’t think there is much debate. He went from being possibly released to a guy who earned a pretty nice contract for years to come.
