Pros: Has good size and uses it well in traffic, shielding away defender. Is an effective blocker due to his size, and is a physical runner after the catch. Secures ball before turning upfield and has good hands.

Cons: Lacks speed, quickness, and burst to get separation. Doesn't get a good release from the line. Needs to improve route-running. Will body catch at times.

Overview: He's not a playmaker due to his lack of size and burst, but is effective because he's bigger than most defenders at the collegiate level. Most of his routes are short and quick outs, hooks, and curls which are able to use his size to his advantage. He won't be so lucky at the next level. Was only a starter for one year but very productive in that year as Utah's top option.

NFL Forecast: He's going to struggle at the next level because of his lack of quickness and burst. If he can refine his route-running skills however he could be a decent backup option. But more than likely, his ability to stick in the league will depend on if he can contribute anything on special teams early on. He could be a nice option in the redzone, but that's really about it. Could dominate a lesser league due to his size, and eventually could get another shot in the NFL if that happens. But even still, at best he'd be a 20-catch guy that is a 4th receiver in a pass-happy offense. Basically another Ruvell Martin type of player.

ATL Forecast: Brown could be an option to groom to take over the Finneran role in the offense since they are of similar build and make. But he's not likely to stick there unless he can show he's good on special teams coverage right away. If he did that, he'd have a chance. He wouldn't be more than a 4th receiver here in Atlanta, but he could be a 15-20 catch guy here, that can make a few plays in the redzone. Otherwise, he's at best a practice squad candidate.

Value: He shouldn't be drafted, but definitely worth a look in camp for some team.
