Pros: Has nice hands and does a good job going up to get the ball at the highest point. Has good body control and adjusts to the ball in the air. Does a nice job finding soft spots in the zone. Has potential as a runner after the catch.

Cons: Will have lapses in concentration and drop some passes. Doesn't secure the ball always before turning upfield. Undersized and could get pushed around outside.

Overview: He's a nice option as a slot receiver for the college game, but not consistent enough playmaker. He's the weakest of Penn State's receiver prospects but had production on par with the others. Had 158 career receptions and 13 touchdowns.

NFL Forecast: Norwood could be a nice fourth receiver that works out of the slot. But he's not a great speed threat nor does he have great hands. He could be a decent reserve, but lacks a starter's upside. If he can play on special teams coverage, then I'm confident he's good enough to stick around the league for a number of years. But if he has anything more than 25 catches in a single season of his career, I'd be surprised. He adds some depth to a team, but he won't be a fixture in the lineup.

ATL Forecast: Unless he proves he's a very good player on special teams coverage, he's not a factor for the Falcons. Can play the slot, but lacks the upside to be able to match Douglas's ability. Won't be a major factor on offense.

Value: I probably wouldn't draft him because he's a slot player with limited upside.
