Fuller is a classic tweener. The player that doesn't have the hips/quickness to play cornerback, but doesn't have the awesome strength or size to play corner. The plus for him is that he's played with DeAngelo Hall, so that should help his transition. He needs to get stronger. He's a guy that could develop into a quality guy, but he needs more experience. Hasn't spent too much time at safety, so it would be a learning process. Probably a few years from making his impact, but could be a quality "coverage" safety down the line. Could be a 4th round pick if teams want to try him at cornerback due to his size/speed ratio, but as a safety, he's a 5th rounder at best.
