I think the rookie wage scale is such that it should make many underclass less inclined to go pro early unless they are sure they are going to be drafted on Day 1 or 2.
But of course, because of all the underclassman that entered this year, it has a domino effect for next year. So while it probably won't break a record next year, you'll still likely to have an above average number of juniors entering.
