Ourlads.com has a list of the average heights, weights, and 40 times of players selected in the 1st round from 2000-06. I've just ran the numbers for guys drafted in Round 1 since 2007, using the numbers listed at NFLDraftScout.com, using their combine measurements. It's interesting to note I think with the COmbine coming up and seeing how pleasures measure up.
