Philly officially a non-factor

Postby dirtybirdnw » Fri Nov 18, 2005 2:07 pm

Recent reports indicate that a doctor told McNabb that he needs to have surgery now to correct his hernia and other medical problems. Not that Philly looked like a contender anymore but this would pretty much prevent Philly from even hopes of a Wild Card.

McMahon is a solid backup but coming into an offense that is realing and pass-whacky.

HAH! It's a fact though.. Look at those players now. Would they rather have an injured McNabb & their "ambassador" or a healthy TO? Yeah, TO obviously.......

i wondered why the hell mcnabb didn't get that surgery during the preseason. seems they could have at least kept the boat afloat until midseason when he came back for the second half push. playing with ur intestines poking out of ur guts can't be good for anyone, let alone a mobile qb in the nfl. he should have seen this coming.

I, for one, could not be any more pleased with the way things have worked out in Philly...they were a top team long enough, it's time for them to fall off some...I would love nothing more than to see the looks on the faces of each and every one of those obnoxious Philthy fans now that their team has just about fallen totally out of playoff contention...
