little to early yet to think about the game...I think we match up well though against them...if we can stop Brown and Williams, and limit mistakes on offense we should be fine...

they are a good team though and they are not a gimme by any means...

Ricky won't do squat against us. He dances around too much and doesnt have the quickness required to do so effectively.

No offense, but watch a game now and then...

Ricky isn't a dancer, never has been...

My only fear facing the Falcons is that we get TOO MUCH pressure on Vick and force him to run and not contain him... We got to Aaron Brooks today and were able to seal the deal, keeping him from getting away... Not quite so easy with Vick...

Well, that and the fact that our starting RCB today was Reggie "Toast" Howard... I hope Sam Madison is back next week...

I'll be at the game, so I'm hoping it's a great one...

I think we match up well against the Dolphins.

Our pass rush could potentially have a field day against their susceptible line and shaky QB. They aren't a great passing team, so our secondary shouldn't be as exposed as it has been in past weeks. But then again, Chambers is the type of physical big play receiver that could give Hall fits.

Their run game is solid and physical enough that some of our guys that have not been tackling well this year could be in for some trouble.

The Dolphins pass defense is pretty tough. Not a shutdown unit, but they play well despite not having the ideal pieces back there. Their overall defense I think is underrated.

This is going to be another close game that I think ultimately will come down to who capitalizes the most on turnovers. That favors us in this matchup. Also the fact that we've had a week's rest gives us a notable advantage.

But if the Falcons are to get "upset" by a team down the stretch, I think the Dolphins have the best chance to do it.

Does Miami run the 3-4 or the 4-3? If they are still working the 3-4 then Dunn should have a field day. That defense is very adapt at giving up good YPC to backs.

just like every other game this year if we can win at the line we can win the game...if we can stop Ronnie and Ricky (something the Aint's did not do) then we can run away with this game...I would love nothing more than to see Gus have to throw the ball 30-35 times...let's just hope our front 7 that played the Jets shows up and not the front 7 that played the Saints...

Apparently, they will switch between them.

http://www.orlandosentinel.com/sports/f ... 9027.story

"And so as the team settles into Saban's regime, the X's and O's will skew differently than the ones established under Dave Wannstedt. Instead of using a 4-3 base defense, the Dolphins will switch to a 3-4 about a quarter of the time to take advantage of personnel. The focal point of the change is Taylor and the assets he can bring from different formations...

Although the 3-4 will be strictly a change-up defense, the variations play into Taylor's speed and agility. Instead of lining up outside of the offensive tackle, he will slant more toward the inside."

Don't forget that the Fins have played well at home as we upset both the Broncos and Panthers at home. We are banged up, but we have speed on defense. I think the big weakness you have is Vick's accuracy. The best way to beat us is through the air and Vick is up and down.

I think what the Falcons need is a good dose of Ronnie and Ricky who are two bruising backs. Ronnie always breaks one sooner or later in a game. We have good receivers but Frerotte can't throw accurately more than 5 yards down the field. Take care of that problem for us because Saban won't;)

It could be, but I'll be the first to tell you I don't know which Dolphins team will show up today. They usually bring it on home games. Miami's defense is very agressive, which does lead to some big opportunities for quarterbacks if they're quick at reading defenses.
