i hate to say it but the man has shaky hands. granted he's still young but experience will give u toughness, knowledge of routes and systems, even some instinct, but not good hands. u either gottem or u don't in my opinion. one might bring up the eagles game but that's one pretty good game, not even that great except for one long ball. what you'll see from this guy is going to be inconsistency. some quarters he'll be fine others he's gonna drop em, especially if he's in traffic. his rapsheet at osu was that he'd just dissappear some games. i'm praying roddy steps up, otherwise the falcs will hit that glass ceiling once again.

Considering he's a 2nd year receiver in only his 2nd game starting, he's got tons of things going through his head.

I think he'll be fine...

I really hope you're right Cappy, and I hope Vick doesn't lose faith in him while he's growing out of this. It was refreshing to see someone get behind the defense finally, and he has done it multiple times in the first 2 games.

God he will be scary if he ever gets more consistant catching the ball. He has put on close to 10lbs it looks like and still is every bit as fast and explosive as he was before and might be able to add on some more. I really think the sky is the limit for this kid but if you have to be able to catch the ball first. I really like this combo we have set up for the next couple of years.

It is not just Jenkins being shaky and young. A lot of it also has to do with chemistry, or lack there of, with Mike Vick. They just aren't in sync and getting the job done.

i saw Jenkkins whiff on 2 passes he should have caught. the long one down the sideling and the 3rd down pass he threw a right hook at instead of trying to catch. it was what it was.

chemistry comes into play now because Vick may hesitate now before throwing again at Jenkins.

this isn't college football, jenkins has to make those 2 plays.

One of those two bombs wasn't Jenkins falt (unless I'm thinking of a different pass). Trust me I was no more then 10 yards away and Vick overthrew Jenkins by a good few yards.
