How many of Vicks incompletions this year are due to defenses knocking the ball down? Whether its a lineman swatting it or a DB knocking it down? Thanks.

1 and it was by Dawkins against Crump in the endzone in the Eagles game...

Hmmm. Thanks. Thats pretty good for after two games, considering Vick had ATLEAST one pass knocked down by the DL per game last year.

I guess that's good, until you consider the remainder of his incompletions are considered "poor throws."

The breakdown from PFW so far:

It's only week 2, so stats aren't as telling as normally. But I think it's interesting that Vick has doubled his amount of poor throws from a year ago.

Of course, these stats are unofficial, and people could dispute some of the categorizations of many of the throws, but they are compiled by STATS, Inc. who are pretty damn good.

Pudge: So far, the only disagreement I have with STATS is they have 2 passes defended whereas I have 1 pass defended and 1 in Other....

Okay, now I agree with the 2 passes defended. The almost INT to Boulware was both a bad pass and a pass defended...
