So profootballtalk.com is doing a Mt. Rushmore for each team. Right now they're taking nominations. Who do you think should be on our Mt. Rushmore? I was thinking Deion, Tuggle, Bartlowski, and couldn't think of a 4th. Maybe Arthur Blank since he's done wonders as an owner.

What do you think?

I'd go with Nobis, Andrews, Sanders, and Tuggle. But I'm having a hard time leaving out Bartkowski. I just don't know who to switch him with.

TD or Mike Smith should get a mention...

Here I would presume to be the top candidates as far as players are concerned:

QB Steve Bartkowski
RB William Andrews
OT Mike Kenn
DE Claude Humphrey
LB Jessie Tuggle
LB Tommy Nobis
CB Deion Sanders

And dare I say it?...

QB Matt Ryan

I'm sure if Arthur Blank had his way, he'd put himself on that too.

Considering the Falcon's Mt. Rushmore of Quarterbacks would probably be:

1. Steve Bartkowski
2. Matt Ryan
3. Michael Vick
4. Chris Chandler

I don't think it is that much of a stretch to put Ryan in the best Falcon's of all time category. But, mine would be...

1. Steve Bartkowksi
2. Jessie Tuggle
3. Tommy Nobis
4. Deion Sanders

Honorable mention, and surprised his name has come up yet, Bob Whitfield. He anchored the Falcon's O-Line for 11 years and is among out best all time offensive linemen.

Honorable mention #2 Terance Mathis.

The guy the Falcons drafted who was in prison and they did not know he was in prison -or the guy who recommended drafting him.
