Garrett Reynolds on IR with back injury he's suffered from the past few weeks. And Phillipkeith Manley is promoted from p-squad to active roster.

Well, this seems like addition by subtraction to me. Since Reynolds has been out, our running game has been looking better. It could be the teams that we have been playing.

It's a bit of a loss but nothing to go crazy about. Konz has done well since he's come in and has a lot more potential than Reynolds. Reynolds clearly wasn't cutting it regardless of injury. Let's just hope Konz stays healthy because Joe Hawley at right guard scares me.

Reynolds is a right tackle playing out of position. Sucks he's hurt, but not the biggest loss.
