Anwar Phillips is very good.

The thing about Phillips is that he was the #2 corner and was constantly attacked at Penn State. That and Penn State faced some pretty good receivers and Phillips for the most part survived the fire.

He could be a Ray Buchanan type corner in the 'all or nothing' qualities but he is a solid DB that knows what it's like to be under pressure and be targetted. He'll give up the occasional long ball but would serve well as a nickel or dime back.

Being a PItt alum, I'd have to say Greg Lee. Had he stayed in school rather than coming out early, he was an early favorite to be a 1st round pick in 2007.
