Playoffs

Postby starley657 » Sat Jan 14, 2006 12:08 am

Okay, so who does everyone have from here on out?

This weekend:
Carolina and Seahawks
New England and Colts

Next Weekend:
Carolina wins
Colts win

Super Bowl Champs
Colts

I do think New England is coming on strong though, but since I picked the Colts at the beginning of the year, and it was like the only pick of mine to actually, well maybe, come true, I will stick with them. Also, I picked Carolina because they are in our division and they are playing good ball, but I think both the AFC and NFC championship games could be great ones.

I think the Panthers are the best team in the NFC, although they aren't as consistent as the Seahawks are. The Panthers on their best days are as good any team in the league, and you have to like John Fox for the reason that when it comes late in the year, the Panthers are usually playing their best football.

I picked the Panthers over the COlts at the beginning of the year. But honestly, I expect the Steelers to win tomorrow. I really don't care though. I know the Pats will beat Denver, and if they face either the Steelers or Colts in the AFC Championship game (two teams they historically own when the game really matters), we might see them make NFL history.

As usual, my interest in the playoffs is only slight when the Falcons aren't involved. :x
