I could not help practically laughing histerically after I heard comments by Mack Brown last night and Collin Cowherd this morning. Last night Mack Brown stated that they tried to get Vince Young to do this and that and then they decided to just let Vince be Vince. What a shocking revelation in that department. Of course the love affair with Vince Young the 'greatest' mobile quarterback of all time.

Enter the original greatest mobile quarterback of all time Michael Vick. The comments we will hear for the next untold amount of days. Just let Vick be Vick. Maybe Mora Jr. over-coached Vick and maybe Knapp tried to change him too much. I have to admit of course that I was part of the "Vick needs to pass from the pocket." Perhaps everyone needs to learn from how Mack Brown let Vince be Vince. It's time for Mora Jr. and Knapp to step back and say 'Hey Mike. Go do your thing and win the game.'

*Note this doesn't violate my no more Vick commentary as I'm refering to the coaching.

Listening to the Heard so far today almost every single talking head from ESPN has already declared Vince Young what Michael Vick should have been and who will replace him at the NFL level.

Young is definitely further ahead of where Vick was at similar points in their careers in terms of how developed they were reading defenses and making throws from the pocket.

There is no doubt VY's learning curve when he enters the NFL will be significant less than Vick's. Who winds up being the better player will ultimately depend on where Young lands in the NFL.

We should trade Vick and draft Vince then if that is the case
Vick has "jumped the shark" IMO once he started talking in 3rd person about himself.

You have very interesting logic to say the least.
