Jeremy Williams is a very talented WR that has been productive throughout his whole career. Unfortunately he has had injury trouble in the past and has already suffered 2 torn ACL's which is what is keeping him from being a higher pick. He is a classic possession WR with strong, soft hands, and outstanding route running ability. Though he lacks the speed to generate separation in the NFL, his crafty route running makes up for it. He was used a lot of ways in Tulane and has some versatility that he'll bring to an NFL team. He makes a great #2 WR because of his size and hands, he can also play in the slot, where he primarily played at Tulane and he can be used on screens, reverses and in the wildcat. He did all of these things successfully at Tulane. He even did KR and PR but that probably won't work to well in the NFL due to his lack of breakaway speed.

1-poor, 2-weak, 3-above average, 4-very good, 5-elite

SPEED: 2.5
HANDS: 4.5
RANGE: 4.0
